Yes — we can mold from drawings, CAD files, or physical samples. We also offer reverse-engineering for obsolete or hard-to-find parts. This ensures you get a perfect fit while improving performance and reliability where needed.
We work with a full range of elastomers, including EPDM, Nitrile (Buna-N), Neoprene, Silicone, Fluorosilicone, FKM (Viton®), FFKM, HNBR, Polyurethane, TPEs, and specialty blends, and D scale material. For demanding applications, we also support fabric-reinforced and overmolded designs.
Yes — we support low-volume prototypes, mid-sized production runs, and high-volume programs.
Yes — we are AS9100D and ISO 9001 certified, ITAR registered, and DFARS compliant. We also meet standards including MIL-STD, FDA, NSF/ANSI, RoHS, REACH, and UL. We are level 1 CMMC compliant and are in the process of completing our CMMC level 2. This makes us a trusted partner for aerospace, defense, and other regulated industries.
Lead times depend on part complexity, material, and volume. Repeat projects ship in 0–3 weeks and new projects ship in 6-9 weeks, with expedited options available for urgent needs. Prototype parts can often be produced faster.
